Iesha Sanders, MS
I decided to become a therapist in Fall of 2010 after working with juvenile delinquents and their single mothers in the City of Milwaukee and realizing the epidemic of untreated mental illness in the city. I believe that everyone has the ability to change regardless of their social economic status, culture, sex, or race and I believe that everyone’s voice matter. I work to empower children, youth, and families helping them to realize that they have tools to live healthy productive lives. Change is my true reward as a therapist. Throughout my career I’ve worked in schools, Milwaukee County Jail and in home therapy addressing concerns ranging from AODA, behavioral problems, anger management, trauma, abuse/ neglect, and suicide.
In my free time I love going to church, shopping, cooking, and spending time with my husband and children. I am also a Green Bay Packers fan.
