I provide therapy services to children, adolescents, and their families and treat a wide range of issues and concerns, including (but not limited to) adjustment disorders, anxiety and depressive disorders, gender identity and sexual identity, Post Traumatic Stress Disorder, ADHD, behavioral and parenting issues. I use play, cognitive behavioral, trauma informed, mindfulness, EMDR, and strength based therapy interventions, and I adapt my approach to the individual needs of my clients and/or families. I have been working with children and their families since 2003 and believe that the therapeutic relationship is the foundation to helping my clients feel safe, accepted, and supported.
Additionally, I am a Certified EMDR Level I & II Provider and TF-CBT trained.
