We were very happy that our daughter was seen by three great female practitioners and answered many of her questions and concerns, and the three of them just did an outstanding job with our daughter. Thank you.

I only answer "no" to front desk staff because I used the self check in so didn't interact with desk staff. We love Christa! She's seen both of my kids for broken bones and she always interacts with them in a respectful, professional manner while using language they can understand (they're 11) and creating a safe environment.

We are impressed by Christa Thalacker -how she gets to know us and asks questions about our lives which puts us at ease. She tells us the truth about wearing the scoliosis brace and knows the research but tells us in a gentle way that it needs to be worn more frequently. She understands that it is hard for my daughter to wear it. The other staff members are pleasant and friendly. They know how to ease tension and help the children feel comfortable in the clinic.

Without the opinion of the surgeon, the physician assistant help was kind of useless. She already told us things that we didn't.

We are so thankful for Children's - from the front office staff (who see everyone yet are so kind), to the x-ray technicians who do their job with excellence, to the check-in nurses who listen carefully to our concerns, to Christa Thalacker, who is understanding of our situation and provides a professional approach yet is compassionate. She helped us by writing a dress code excuse for my daughter to bring to school due to wearing the brace (and we cannot always find outfits that meet dress code and cover the brace). We are thankful for Christa's honesty, forthrightness, and gentle persuasion that will help my daughter wear her brace more often.

Our family has been seen in multiple children's facilities and have always felt well taken care of. Staff has always been kind and attentive with the exception of one person at every ortho visit. I have mentioned this before and sadly nothing has changed. The provider is amazing. Her MA Faith is not. Every single visit she gives us the feeling that she would rather be anywhere else. She is with us for such a short time but can't seem to bring herself to even smile. It's unfortunate and reflects negatively on the office.

My daughter's been a patient of Christa's for the last 12 years and has grown up with Christa being her orthopedic doctor and she has been fantastic. Every time that we see her, she is engaging, my daughter adores her and Christa seemingly adores my daughter. She is just, she's kind, she's very intelligent, and she takes care of what needs to be taken care of.

The only issue I had was the LONG wait between x-ray and consult. There was an incredibly long wait.
