My daughter & I felt very well cared for and everyone we encountered during our visit was very helpful and friendly!

We always are treated with kindness and welcomed with enthusiasm by the office staff at Children's. We notice how joyfully every child is treated, and the nursing staff goes out of their way to help the children feel comfortable. I am thankful for the care we have gotten for my daughter's condition. The staff make a point to address any issues or concerns.

Overall, we had a good experience. This was our first visit to this office.

Usually we have very good, prompt service, but this visit we had waited over 20 minutes with no one coming to get my child for xray, I had asked one of the assistants if they could check what was taking so long, no one came back, then I flagged down an interpreter(that was the next staff member I found) to see if they could find out what was going on. Our appointment was for 9am, my son went back for imaging by 940. It was very frustrating to be on time/early for an appointment and then have it be severely delayed because they seemingly forgot about us. The provider and his staff were great though, they have been seeing my son since he was a baby, and always take time to listen to our questions and concerns.

I cannot be more thrilled with our experience once we were able to see the doctor, but scheduling the appointment was an absolute nightmare that was kind of shocking to me as a person who is new to Wisconsin and the Wisconsin Children's system. Everyone had told me how great WC was, and from the moment we left the ER until we actually met the doctor - I was confused as to why scheduling and communication was so difficult, felt ignored with important questions at a stressful time, and generally frustrated. Because my child's injury turned out to be less dire (though still the worst injury of her life), we are in an "all's well that ends well" mindset, but I'm dreading ever being subjected to being dependent on the scheduling/consultation system in a crisis in the future.

I've always felt comfortable and could ask any questions. This injury was very difficult and he did an awesome job. His staff was great also.

The nurses were amazing. They were so sweet to us and always checking on us since it took way longer for things to get done.
