I've spent most of my life in Wisconsin growing up in the North Shore area, attending college at UW-Madison, and living in Wauwatosa during medical school. After completing residency training in Kansas City and working as a neonatal hospitalist at Stanford University in Northern California, my husband and I are happy to be back in the Midwest!

Being a pediatrician has been my goal since third grade, and I'm excited to practice in my home state. I look forward to building long-term relationships with patients and their families, and I especially enjoy newborn care and well-child visits. Outside of work I love spending time with family and friends, traveling, and cheering on Wisconsin sports teams.

Front desk staff are always courteous and welcoming. MAs are great with the kids. Dr. Underklofter always listens and answers our questions.

I truly cannot say enough great things about this specific Children's location. I bring both of my kiddos here, and we are beyond grateful that we get to see Dr. Underkofler. My 2 kids are completely opposite; 1 has absolutely no issues with going to the doctor and getting shots (when applicable), and the other one is a complete mess as soon as we walk in. The way the entire staff is able to adapt and improvise on the spot, in the moment is what makes each of these professionals so special! And Dr. Underkofler is my all-time favorite. As a parent with kiddos of different needs, I feel SO incredibly comfortable talking to her and opening up about anything. She's so comforting, understanding, and relatable. I truly feel like I'm talking to a best friend, and we only see her for yearly exams.

From the front staff, to the nurses, to the doctor, and to the nurse who brought in my discharge papers were all very thorough helpful kind and respectful.
