About
As a specialist in pediatrics, I offer expertise in every dimension of children's health and am concerned with my patients' physical as well as social and emotional development. I am a kind and caring physician who takes time to establish solid relationships with my patients and their parents. As a mother, I offer parents an empathetic ear and motivation to help them keep their children happy, safe and healthy.
Prior to joining the team at Southwest Pediatrics, I served as an urgent care doctor at Children's Wisconsin.
I was born and raised in Chicago, and I now enjoy living in Pewaukee with my husband and four children. My personal interests include tennis, step aerobics, sailing and water skiing.

Dr. Young is the most amazing and wonderful person. We just love her!
Dr. Young has an awesome way to talk to her patients, on their individual level. Her safety conversation is the same thing I convey to my children but it hits different coming from their doctor.
Dr. Young has a way to make her patients and families feel safe and heard. She also does a great job with age-appropriate communication.
She is very infomative & great with the kids. They are never scared to see dr.young!
