About
As a licensed mental and behavioral health provider on your child’s primary care team, I work closely with your child’s pediatrician to support mental health and well‑being.
I am passionate about creating a safe and supportive space where children can express their emotions and better understand themselves. I work with children, teens, and families facing challenges such as anxiety, depression, grief, trauma, emotional outbursts, attention concerns, and family stress. I believe in a team approach and partner closely with families to build strong relationships, coping skills, and confidence. With over 11 years of experience, I use evidence‑based approaches, including dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), and trauma‑informed care. I have worked across a range of settings, including higher levels of care, outpatient therapy, and community programs.
Outside of work, I enjoy spending time with my family and staying active and creative. I love sketching, cooking, baking, and caring for our green‑cheek conure, Chepe. I also enjoy camping, hiking, and playing badminton. When it’s time to relax, I like to unwind with a warm cup of tea.

Ratings and Reviews
Why doesn't this provider have ratings?
At Children's, you can expect the very best care and service from all our providers — but not all will have ratings or reviews displayed online, for a few possible reasons.
The provider may:
- Not have received the minimum number of reviews (to ensure accuracy, we require a minimum of 30 patient surveys before we develop each provider's rating)
- Care for patients only as part of a team
- Not see Children's Wisconsin patients
