About
As a school based licensed mental health therapist, helping children feel better at school is my main goal. I work closely with teachers and families.
I am trained in Trauma Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Parent Child Interaction Therapy, Collaborative Assessment and Management of Suicidality, and Training for Adoption Competence. I am dedicated to working alongside children and families using a strengths‑based and trauma‑informed approach, and I am passionate about helping children grow their resilience. Outside of work, I enjoy spending time outdoors—camping, hiking, and being in nature with my family, friends, and my dogs. I also love traveling and exploring new places.
