About
As a licensed mental and behavioral health provider, I provide immediate support for individuals experiencing emotional distress or mental health crises. My focus is to address urgent safety concerns, offer appropriate interventions, and support families with ongoing referrals and recommendations.
I have ten years of experience working with adolescents, youth, and families across a variety of settings, with a strong ability to build therapeutic relationships and support meaningful growth. I provide individual counseling using a trauma‑informed, person‑centered approach and often incorporate mindfulness and expressive art therapy techniques to help clients explore their experiences and develop coping skills.
Outside of work, I enjoy spending my free time with my two dogs, cooking and baking, reading, and engaging in creative activities.
