About
As a school based licensed mental health therapist, helping children feel better at school is my main goal. I work closely with teachers and families.
I support children and teens with concerns such as trauma, anxiety, depression, anger, self‑harm, identity development, social skills, eating disorder behaviors, complicated family dynamics, and substance use. Outside of work, I enjoy sharing my sense of humor and my love of movies, books, music and pop culture.
