As a mental health therapist in training, I focus on helping children feel safe, heard and understood while supporting them on their path toward healing.
I have experience working with adolescents and use a strengths-based approach to help them navigate anxiety, stress and life changes. My goal is to create a safe and supportive environment where young people can build coping skills, gain confidence and thrive.
Outside of work, I enjoy traveling, spending time with family, cheering on the Milwaukee Brewers and being around pets.
