About
As a school based licensed mental health therapist, helping children feel better at school is my main goal. I work closely with teachers and families.
I have extensive experience supporting children with anxiety, grief, and trauma, and I am currently working toward certification in Trauma Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy. Outside of work, I enjoy spending time outdoors and connecting with nature. I love taking my dog for walks, hiking, fishing, and hunting. I also enjoy being creative through drawing and art, and playing board and card games with my family brings out my competitive side.
