I found the PA to be very kind and respectful.

PA Daigle was excellent! She validated my concerns but also explained why our son likely will not further services for his head shape. She made me feel like we are doing the right things to help him and explained when we should reach out if it isn't better. Her bedside manner was great, she seems very knowledgeable so we could trust her, and she was patient & encouraging of all of our questions as 1st time parents. This is a really good PA.
