About
As a licensed mental and behavioral health provider, my goal is to work closely with caregivers to understand your child’s developmental and mental health needs. Together, we will develop a plan to support your child’s well‑being.
I have specialized training in treating OCD and OCD‑related disorders, and I am trained in Trauma Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy. I also have experience supporting children and teens with eating disorders and enjoy using mindfulness, yoga, and meditation in my work. Outside of work, I enjoy spending time with my family, sewing and creating art, hiking and biking, and being outdoors with my miniature schnauzer, Norman. I also love exploring creative hobbies and experimenting with new ideas.
