As a school based mental health therapist in training, helping children feel better at school is my main goal. I work closely with teachers and families.
I am passionate about using a person‑centered approach and view children as the experts of their own lives. I work alongside families to ensure safety, compassion, and support while building on each child’s existing strengths. Outside of work, I enjoy spending time outdoors—whether going for long walks or simply relaxing in the sun. I value time with family and friends, and I also enjoy reading, watching new TV shows, and working on puzzles.
