About
As a school‑based licensed mental health therapist, I help children improve their mental health at school. I work closely with school staff and families to support each child’s mental health needs, especially for students who may have barriers to accessing therapy in the community.
I use a variety of approaches to engage children of all ages, including play therapy, cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), and somatic and expressive techniques. I believe it is important to consider the systems that affect a child’s life, and I focus on the connections between home, school, and community. My approach emphasizes relationships, collaboration, and supporting the whole child.
Outside of work, I enjoy spending as much time outdoors as possible—hiking, camping, exploring local farmers markets, or reading a good book in the sun.

Ratings and Reviews
Why doesn't this provider have ratings?
At Children's, you can expect the very best care and service from all our providers — but not all will have ratings or reviews displayed online, for a few possible reasons.
The provider may:
- Not have received the minimum number of reviews (to ensure accuracy, we require a minimum of 30 patient surveys before we develop each provider's rating)
- Care for patients only as part of a team
- Not see Children's Wisconsin patients
