Perhaps the best experience I've ever had in a medical setting. Good directions, seen in a very timely manner, explained the injury/process in detail, and provided care at a human level. The cherry on top was the nurse willing to put a little "cast" on my daughter's doll's arm to match the one she got.

The provider took the time to look at my daughter's ear, because when he asked did she have any pain, she told him her ear. I appreciate him going out of his specialty to give outstanding patient care.
