About
As a licensed mental and behavioral health provider, my goal is to work closely with caregivers to understand your child’s developmental and mental health needs. Together, we will develop a plan to support your child’s well‑being.
I have training in adoption‑competent intervention and am passionate about supporting children and families who have experienced trauma. I am trained in trauma‑focused cognitive behavioral therapy (TF‑CBT). I often work with kids and teens who experience anxiety, using cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT) to build coping skills. I also have training in dialectical behavior therapy (DBT) and use these strategies to help kids strengthen relationships and manage emotional distress.
Outside of work, I enjoy creative activities and reading in my spare time. I love spending time outdoors with my dog, and my family enjoys hiking, playing games, and sharing good food together.

Ratings and Reviews
Why doesn't this provider have ratings?
At Children's, you can expect the very best care and service from all our providers — but not all will have ratings or reviews displayed online, for a few possible reasons.
The provider may:
- Not have received the minimum number of reviews (to ensure accuracy, we require a minimum of 30 patient surveys before we develop each provider's rating)
- Care for patients only as part of a team
- Not see Children's Wisconsin patients
