About
Dr. Hodges is a board-certified pediatrician with a special interest in the health care needs of children in foster care as well as child victims of abuse and neglect. She practices clinically at the Milwaukee Child Advocacy Center in Milwaukee seeing children for foster care for initial screening examinations and physical and sexual abuse evaluations.
Dr. Hodges’ research interest is improving health care delivery and health outcomes for children in foster care. She enjoys training medical students, residents and fellows at the Milwaukee Child Advocacy Center and informing them on the unique medical needs of children in foster care and child victims of abuse. She is also involved in efforts at the local, state and national level to improve health care delivery to children in foster care.
Dr. Hodges serves as the Associate Chief Medical Officer for Chorus Community Health Plans overseeing its three utilization management and case management teams – Physical Health, Behavioral Health and the Healthy Mom Healthy Baby program.
