About
As a licensed mental and behavioral health provider on your child’s primary care team, I work closely with your child’s pediatrician to support mental health and well‑being.
I create a welcoming space where children feel safe, supported, and understood, and where families feel included every step of the way. I work with children, adolescents, and families experiencing challenges such as anxiety, depression, ADHD, trauma, school concerns, adjustment issues, and substance use. I partner closely with caregivers to help children build coping skills, confidence, and emotional resilience that can be used at home, at school, and in everyday life. I use a variety of evidence‑based approaches, including cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), solution‑focused therapy, motivational interviewing, and person‑centered care. As a U.S. military veteran, I also bring a unique understanding of the experiences and needs of military‑connected children and families.
Outside of work, I enjoy spending time with my family, being outdoors, reading, shopping, and watching documentaries.

Ratings and Reviews
Why doesn't this provider have ratings?
At Children's, you can expect the very best care and service from all our providers — but not all will have ratings or reviews displayed online, for a few possible reasons.
The provider may:
- Not have received the minimum number of reviews (to ensure accuracy, we require a minimum of 30 patient surveys before we develop each provider's rating)
- Care for patients only as part of a team
- Not see Children's Wisconsin patients
