I am grateful for all the staffs/ providers understanding and efforts. Summer is here, constructions are everywhere. We supposed to be seen (appointment : 4pm) at the greenfield clinic for my son's orthopedic follow up but went to the main children hospital instead. We already late, on top of that, wrong place. It was very stressful but didn't stop me from trying. I am grateful and glade, when the nurse said they will see my son. If I will be at the right clinic in greenfield before 5. I was overjoyed, I rush there as fast as I could. We arrived 30 mins late but kindly to seen us. I understand they have other tasks and have to stay a little later to make it happened. I want to say thank you from the bottom of my heart. I really appreciate everything. A little kindness went a long way.

We went to a different Emergency Dept first because it was closer. What a mistake. The second we walked into Childrens we felt seen, cared for, and important. Dr. Lenhart and her team were attentive, kind, empathetic and trustworthy.

All of her providers have been excellent very knowledgeable and have explained things in a matter we could understand

I like this hospital because it has everything in the same building such as specialist doctors, nurses, language translators, cleaning staff, receptionists and all of them are very friendly. Thank you for being there to assist us.
