About
As a licensed mental and behavioral health provider, my goal is to work closely with caregivers to understand your child’s developmental and mental health needs. Together, we will develop a plan to support your child’s well‑being.
I am certified in Trauma‑Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TF‑CBT) and have training in Motivational Interviewing and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT). I use a person‑centered approach and have experience supporting children with anxiety, depression, adjustment to life changes, self‑esteem concerns, and trauma. Outside of work, I value connection and enjoy spending time with my family and friends. I also enjoy movement and exercise, including hiking, running, and trying new activities and sports.
