About
As a licensed mental and behavioral health provider, my goal is to work closely with caregivers to understand your child’s developmental and mental health needs. Together, we will develop a plan to support your child’s well‑being.
My experience includes supporting children and teens with anxiety disorders, depression, mood disorders, personality disorders, trauma, safety‑related concerns, anger management, ADHD, and LGBTQ+‑related challenges. I use a client‑centered, strengths‑based approach while integrating DBT, CBT, and mindfulness techniques to help clients build skills and improve functioning. I strive to create a safe, comfortable, and nonjudgmental environment and believe that children, teens, and families are capable of meaningful growth and resilience. Outside of work, I enjoy connecting with the people in my life—whether that’s getting brunch with friends, spending the weekend with my family, or having a game night. I also love reading, doing puzzles, watching movies, and listening to music.

Ratings and Reviews
Why doesn't this provider have ratings?
At Children's, you can expect the very best care and service from all our providers — but not all will have ratings or reviews displayed online, for a few possible reasons.
The provider may:
- Not have received the minimum number of reviews (to ensure accuracy, we require a minimum of 30 patient surveys before we develop each provider's rating)
- Care for patients only as part of a team
- Not see Children's Wisconsin patients
