About
As a school‑based licensed mental health therapist, my main goal is to help children feel better at school. I work closely with teachers and families to support each child’s needs.
I help children and teens with many mental health concerns, including anxiety, depression, ADHD, grief and loss, trauma, and emotional or behavioral challenges. I use several types of therapy, including CBT, DBT, and somatic approaches. I am also certified in Trauma‑Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy.
Outside of work, I stay active by playing soccer, running, dancing, and going on walks with my dog. I love taking adventures with my family and traveling to new places in and outside our community. At home, I enjoy trying new recipes, working on house projects, and crafting with my children.

Ratings and Reviews
Why doesn't this provider have ratings?
At Children's, you can expect the very best care and service from all our providers — but not all will have ratings or reviews displayed online, for a few possible reasons.
The provider may:
- Not have received the minimum number of reviews (to ensure accuracy, we require a minimum of 30 patient surveys before we develop each provider's rating)
- Care for patients only as part of a team
- Not see Children's Wisconsin patients
