As a licensed mental and behavioral health provider on your child’s primary care team, I work closely with your child’s pediatrician to support mental health and well‑being.
I specialize in early childhood mental health, parenting skills and family coaching, sensory regulation and co‑regulation strategies, CBT and mindfulness‑based interventions, executive functioning skill development, and neuro‑affirming, strengths‑based care. Outside of work, I enjoy gardening, cooking, practicing yoga and working on puzzles.
