Overall great experience as a first timer :)
Dr. _____ and his pulmonology staff were excellent and have been. My son has been seeing Dr. _____for 11 years now and he has also always very competent and compassionate and willing to make phone calls to us at home when need be. So, we are very, very happy with the staff at Children's.
Staff is always great, the lab was super patient and caring when drawing blood
Dr Ruiz is amazing. He does great with our daughter and is very helpful in creating our treatment plan
The woman doing the chest X-ray was wonderful. She worked with my nervous daughter so well and just knew how to talk to kids which is HUGE. Thank you. The doc was very knowledgeable but didn't really communicate with my daughter. Would have liked for him to talk to her or include her in convo or acknowledge her some more. Introduce himself. Ask for consent before he listened to her heart. Again, he was smart and had good answers but just some more personal touch for kids would have been nice.
