As a licensed mental and behavioral health provider, my goal is to work closely with caregivers to understand your child’s developmental and mental health needs. Together, we will develop a plan to support your child’s well‑being.

I am a compassionate and dedicated child and adolescent psychotherapist who blends developmental understanding with creative, age‑appropriate therapeutic approaches. I help children and teens express themselves, build resilience, and develop healthy coping strategies through a supportive, strengths‑based, and relationship‑focused lens. I collaborate closely with families, schools, and other professionals to create a safe, nurturing environment where every young person feels valued and empowered. My areas of focus include trauma, anxiety, ADHD, attachment challenges, and Parent‑Child Interaction Therapy.

Outside of work, I spend much of my time keeping up with the kids, dogs, and guinea pigs in my life. I enjoy being outdoors, spending time on the lake, cooking, playing games, and relaxing with a good book.
