About
As a school based licensed mental health therapist, helping children feel better at school is my main goal. I work closely with teachers and families.
I use a supportive, strengths‑based approach to help teens manage overwhelming emotions, stress, and life changes. I am trained in Trauma Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and have a strong interest in Dialectical Behavior Therapy and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy. In therapy, I help teens build skills for managing emotions, coping with anxiety and depression, improving relationships, and navigating trauma or life transitions. Outside of work, I prioritize active self‑care and enjoy spending time outdoors, walking or working out, and relaxing with a good book, a favorite show, or a sudoku puzzle. I also enjoy traveling and making memories with my family.

Ratings and Reviews
Why doesn't this provider have ratings?
At Children's, you can expect the very best care and service from all our providers — but not all will have ratings or reviews displayed online, for a few possible reasons.
The provider may:
- Not have received the minimum number of reviews (to ensure accuracy, we require a minimum of 30 patient surveys before we develop each provider's rating)
- Care for patients only as part of a team
- Not see Children's Wisconsin patients
