As a mental and behavioral health leader and licensed provider, I am here to make sure your child receives the best and safest care.
With more than ten years of experience in the mental health field, I take great pride in providing a strengths‑based, person‑centered approach to care. I use a variety of therapeutic techniques drawn from cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), solution‑focused approaches, play‑based strategies, mindfulness, and dialectical behavior therapy (DBT). I believe strongly in early mental health intervention and in reducing the stigma surrounding mental health through education and support.
Outside of work, I enjoy traveling and spending quality time with my daughter and our dog.
