Services
My strengths-based and collaborative approach to therapy is built on a foundation of compassion, acceptance and respect. I enjoy working with children ages six and older to address a variety of mental and behavioral health concerns. I work to build a positive connection with children and families to help children feel safe and comfortable processing challenges and learning new skills in therapy. By integrating therapeutic modalities including DBT, CBT, mindfulness and behavioral therapy; I help children and families develop new skills to manage difficult feelings and behaviors and build healthier relationships.
