Services

I have practiced therapy in community mental health settings across Milwaukee working with families, youth of all ages, and adults. I provide assessment and treatment for children ages 2-18 impacted by difficult adjustments, violence, and loss. Strengthening relationships between caregivers and their children is a large focus of my work. I believe in the power of relationships and providing space for re-connection after distress.

Utilizing resiliency-based frameworks we begin a collaborative growth process working through stressful and traumatic experiences youth have been impacted by. My therapy approach centers from a humble place of understanding and highlights the possibility of hope during times of uncertainty.
