Children who require new medical equipment or modifications can be referred to the Children’s Wisconsin Durable Medical Equipment Clinic. Our physical and occupational therapists work alongside an assistive technology professional to conduct a thorough evaluation and identify the most appropriate equipment for each child's needs. From evaluation through insurance coordination, we guide families through every step of the process.
To refer a patient:
