President, Primary Care

Kevin Dahlman, MD, MBA, FAAP, serves as Senior Vice President and President of Primary Care for Children’s Wisconsin. In this role, Dr. Dahlman provides oversight for our primary care and urgent care operations, including quality and safety, patient and family experience, and team member engagement. Dr. Dahlman also is responsible for continued development of community partnerships that enhance our primary care goals, as well as advocating on issues important to children’s health.

Dr. Dahlman served our community as a board-certified pediatrician with Aurora Health Care – Children’s Health for more than 17 years. His leadership roles throughout this time included Medical Director for Aurora Children’s Health.

Dr. Dahlman completed his Doctor of Medicine at the University of Wisconsin Medical School and his pediatric internship and residency at Children’s Wisconsin. He later earned a Master of Business Administration in Health Care Management at the University of St. Mary. He currently holds academic appointments, which include Assistant Clinical Professor of Pediatrics at the Medical College of Wisconsin and Clinical Adjunct Associate Professor of Pediatrics at the University of Wisconsin School of Medicine and Public Health. Dr. Dahlman also serves on the boards of Camp Timber-Lee and University School of Milwaukee, and he is an Advisory Board member for Children’s Health Alliance of Wisconsin.
