Learn how an innovative event improves access to mental and behavioral health services
Our Language Services program provides face-to-face, telephone and video relay interpreters for patient families who do not speak English or who have limited speech proficiency or hearing or speech issues. This service is available 24 hours a day, seven days a week. There is no cost to the patient family.
At Children’s Wisconsin patient families can now call a language specific 800 number to obtain a qualified medical interpreter before connecting with Central Scheduling or desired patient care area.
