Chief of Staff

Juliya Buettner serves as Chief of Staff for Children’s Wisconsin. In this role, Juliya is responsible for turning the CEO’s vision into action and providing support on a wide range of board, executive and administrative initiatives. She leads all Children’s Wisconsin board and committee meetings, board cultivation and succession planning, education and engagement. She also supports our executive team’s effectiveness by bringing outside perspectives, best practices and innovation to the organization.

Previously, Juliya served as a Director at Ancilla Partners, Inc. and in consulting roles at Milliman, Wipfli LLP, and Deloitte. She has extensive experience in various leadership positions, including as a health care management consultant helping clients with strategic and financial planning, operational improvement initiatives and technology solution implementations.

Juliya earned her bachelor’s degree in Biopsychology and her Master of Health Services Administration from the University of Michigan. She is a fellow of the American College of Healthcare Executives and is an active mentor with the Wisconsin chapter’s Leadership Development Program. Juliya serves on the board of Prevent Blindness Wisconsin and is a member of Professional Dimensions.
