Dr Sprecher is a neonatologist who specializes in the care of premature infants and infants with congenital birth defects. Dr Sprecher has special interest in improving the quality and safety of care provided within the NICU at Children’s Wisconsin. She works closely with physician, nursing and other support staff leaders at Children’s Wisconsin to make positive changes for the babies and families under her care.
