We Treat Common and Complex Sports Injuries

Our team has the pediatric training and expertise to understand and treat a developing athlete's body. Our multidisciplinary approach includes physicians, orthopedic surgeons, athletic trainers, psychologists and nutritionists. Common sports injuries we treat can include ACL injuries, dislocations, fractures and sprains.

We also have a program designed to exclusively treat concussions in developing brains. Our focus is on getting kids safely back into classrooms and on the field. Baseline concussion tests are offered for athletes to assist with return-to-play decisions.

Physical and Occupational Therapy

Our physical therapists have extensive knowledge about how kids' bodies move and how to improve their movement. For physical and sports physical therapies, our goal is to help kids and teens gain or restore strength, improve their balance and coordination and increase their range of motion.

Our pediatric occupational therapists help develop and restore needed skills. We work with kids recovering from serious injuries and with special needs. Treatment can involve:

  • Activities designed to build skills for daily life like eating, bathing and dressing
  • Developing fine motor skills
  • Play-based therapeutic activities to support function in a child's natural environment
