E-visits are an easy way to get care from your primary care team without needing to schedule a visit or leaving your home. You can have an e-visit for the following conditions:

• Pink eye
• Rash
• Cold/Cold Symptoms
• Bug/tick bites
• Asymptomatic flu exposure
• Lice

To start an e-visit, you will need an active MyChart account. Then, you will fill out questions in MyChart about your child’s symptoms and upload any photos or videos, if necessary. A provider from the Children’s Wisconsin primary care team will respond with a care plan. If medication is needed, it will be sent to your pharmacy. E-visits will be billed to your insurance on file, subject to any coinsurance, copay or deductible. If the provider feels an in-person visit is needed, you will not be charged for the e-visit.
