Standing Balances
This practice is designed to develop focus, physical coordination and balance energy. It can be useful before testing, with the introduction of new materials or new situations and in social settings where a connection to oneself or others is required.
Reset to Get Set
This practice is designed to reset our mind and body through grounding poses and breathing exercises. It is useful after testing, long periods of sitting or other demanding occasions.
Ready, Set, Focus
This practice is designed to energize and focus our attention. It can be useful for activities such as testing, working with others in groups, working independently or when energy is low.
Strength and Flexibility
This practice is designed to bring strength and flexibility to ourselves, physically and emotionally. It can be used for times when we need to look at a situation differently, bring an open mind to a situation or person, or pay attention to the challenges of a friend or relative.
