We’re proud to offer free, on‑demand educational videos for adults living with a congenital heart defect, making it easy for you and your family to learn at your own pace and revisit topics whenever you need them.

Throughout the year, we release three new videos focused on key stages of the ACHD journey, including the teen years, adulthood, and end‑of‑life planning. These resources are designed to support you across the lifespan.

Our most recent video walks families through our ACHD Transition Program, which helps young people take charge of their heart health as they enter adulthood. The video features nurse Emily Reinhardt and Megan, an ACHD patient who has completed the Transition Program. Watch at your own pace to learn how the Herma Heart Institute supports a smooth transition from pediatric care into our ACHD Program—helping patients feel informed, confident, and truly supported.
