About
As a licensed mental and behavioral health provider, I focus on helping children feel safe, heard, and understood while guiding them toward healing.
With more than 10 years of experience, I use approaches such as Trauma Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Dialectical Behavior Therapy, exposure therapy, and art therapy to support each child’s unique needs. I am passionate about helping youth feel more in control of their minds, bodies, and emotions rather than letting trauma, anxiety, anger, or depression take over. Outside of work, I enjoy gardening, staying creative through knitting and art, and lifting weights as a fun way to stay active. I also value quiet moments reading and spending time with my loved ones and my dog, Gertrude.

Ratings and Reviews
Why doesn't this provider have ratings?
At Children's, you can expect the very best care and service from all our providers — but not all will have ratings or reviews displayed online, for a few possible reasons.
The provider may:
- Not have received the minimum number of reviews (to ensure accuracy, we require a minimum of 30 patient surveys before we develop each provider's rating)
- Care for patients only as part of a team
- Not see Children's Wisconsin patients
