About
As a licensed mental and behavioral health provider, I focus on helping children feel safe, heard, and understood while guiding them toward healing.
I provide specialized therapy for children and adolescents ages 4–18 who are navigating trauma, prolonged grief, anxiety, and neurodivergent challenges. My approach centers on nervous system regulation and evidence‑based care. I am certified and trained in EMDR, CBT/TF‑CBT, CFTSI, DBT, ACT, and Polyvagal Theory, allowing me to support youth in processing trauma and building the resilience they need to thrive.
Outside of work, I know how important it is to find small moments of peace in a busy world. For me, that shows up in tending to my plants, finding stillness in meditation, or going for walks with my dogs. Staying grounded through these hobbies helps me bring my best, most present self to every session with my young clients.

Ratings and Reviews
Why doesn't this provider have ratings?
At Children's, you can expect the very best care and service from all our providers — but not all will have ratings or reviews displayed online, for a few possible reasons.
The provider may:
- Not have received the minimum number of reviews (to ensure accuracy, we require a minimum of 30 patient surveys before we develop each provider's rating)
- Care for patients only as part of a team
- Not see Children's Wisconsin patients
