Calming down lesson

Grade level: 3rd grade

In the Calming down lesson students will learn about emotional management and strategies they can use to calm themselves when they feel angry. They will hear examples from the characters of things that work for them and see a list of possible things to try to calm down. Then, students are led through a short activity where they will have a chance to stand up, stretch and practice some ways to deal with anger.
