Children’s Wisconsin will be accepting 2027-2029 Administrative Fellowship applications beginning June 1, 2026.

To provide further information for applicants, we will be hosting two optional informational webinars in July and August 2026. These sessions will provide an overview of the fellowship, application expectations, and opportunities to ask questions.

We are seeking fellowship candidates who would seriously consider post fellowship employment opportunities with us, should the fit be mutually agreeable and a position available.

The Administrative Fellowship at Children's Wisconsin is a two-year educational program designed to provide master’s-trained individuals with an exposure to the various functions of a comprehensive pediatric health system.

Children's Wisconsin is the region's only independent health care system dedicated solely to the health and well-being of children. In Milwaukee and throughout the state, we provide kids and families a wide range of care and support — everything from routine care to lifesaving advances and treatment options. Our academic partner, the Medical College of Wisconsin, brings many of the nation's most well-respected doctors to our team.
