Since Alicia Chacon was young she knew she wanted to work with children, she enjoys working with children from infancy through adulthood and watching them grow. After completing her residency in pediatric optometry in St. Louis she realized how much she missed the Midwest and decided Milwaukee was the perfect place to watch her three children grow up. Outside of work Alicia enjoys traveling, reading, fishing and spending time with her family and friends.

My concerns were not addressed as to what her eyes are doing. They were ignored and told, I was told that everything seems to be normal, which it isn't.

Thank you for looking for options to help my child meet the goal of the medical visit, in addition to the fact that my language is Spanish and using an interpreter, carefully observe the mother's explanation, there is the one who writes to her and even say goodbye in a sentence in my native language in Spanish, thank you for eliminating any fear due to the language and culture barrier... thank you to the professionals who attended to us from the reception and everyone else... thank you.

We have our full trust in children's, the appt was scheduled after a follow up question request for a reoccurring health event. Although stable they still wanted to assess and provided appt options with in a few days, which we appreciate as many providers will send meds and consider complete.

The staff was very friendly, pleasant, welcoming and Professional. The Doctor was very thorough and efficient. She was an active listener and provided thorough guidance, if there was to be any questions or concerns that I may think of once I left. She also asked if I had any questions/and or concerns at the time of the visit which is very important to me. Overall the experience was Awesome! Thanks to the Amazing staff and Doctor!

The resident is very kind and took the time to listen to my concerns. I had a great tech who we initially worked with however, one tech came in to check the dilation of my child's eyes who was quite short and seemed to be in a hurry and impatient with my child other than that tech I would recommend the clinic.

Staff was amazing. Everyone was so polite and worked well with the kids and getting the tests that they needed to do... appropriately. They kept the child engaged, let them know what they were doing before doing it, and comforting the child if the child was afraid. So, A+ on all of the above, thank you so much.
