The ENT fellow was so great to my son. He made my son laugh and feel at ease! Dr Chun and his nurse and staff were also so great!
Thank you CHW
The doctor was wonderful.
We showed up 15min early to the appointment as directed. We were not called back until 25min past the appointment time. But was told the doctor would be seeing us next. Delays are expected and as soon as someone was available to explain it, it was fine.
When I went to check in I was already frazzled with anxiety about her appointment, I realized at check in I forgot a baby bottle and she was so hungry. The lady who checked me in ( I don't remember the name) called a few floors to ask for an extra bottle. She disappeared for a bit and came back with one so I could feed my daughter. She has no idea just how much that meant to me! I am so incredibly thankful. Also her Dr she saw that day was the first time I had met him. He went over her procedure she was going to need and really made me feel at peace by the time I left. I am so thankful for the care that Children's provides.
