Services

I strive to provide the highest level of care while making patients and families feel comfortable with all of their surgical and non-surgical treatment options. My practice encompasses both complex and general pediatric otolaryngology. I have a particular interest in pediatric airway and aerodigestive problems, sleep surgery, management of congenital and malignant head and neck lesions, sinus surgery, and endoscopic ear surgery.

We waited an hour to be put in a room. Then the doctor came in and was rather condescending and unfriendly. Our reason for the visit was certainly minor, but he acted as though we were an inconvenience. I was trying to answer one of his questions and I must not have been answering it correctly; he put his head in his hands and took a tone with me I've never experienced from a doctor before (let alone a pediatric doctor!) I've seen many Children's providers and this was by far the worst experience. My 9 year old son even asked me after the visit if the doctor was mad that we were there. Thankfully my child doesn't need to be seen further by the ENT, but I would never go back to this doctor.

From the time we walked in the door to when we left, everyone we encountered was extremely polite and helpful. The medical assistant that roomed my daughter was exceptional. The doctor was very nice and knowledgeable as well. Highly recommended.

Thank you to the full staff that participated in my son's surgery for his thyroid. I was very skeptical and scared about this procedure for my firstborn to be getting this done, but the team comforted me for that he was going to be in good hands and comfortable. Dr. Gord, sorry if I'm pronouncing your name right wrong, but he called me. It seems like every time I thought about a question or thought about something with his thyroid, Dr. Gord always called. The day after his surgery, he called to check up on him. He stayed in tune after my son's care and before then. I truly appreciate the full team that had anything to do with my son's surgery from the anesthesia.

Hi, I'm wondering the message that I'm waiting to schedule the surgery for my daughter. I haven't gotten that call back, but I did get this call back. So I would leave that as a feedback, just a priority of the office. Is it more important about feedback or actually scheduling the children's appointment?

The doctor and nurse answered all of my questions and were patient with my 12-year-old when he had questions. They ensured they answered it in a way he would understand and didn't make him feel stupid for asking questions about surgery.
