Beth Ann (care manager for PHACE at vascular anomaly) was above and beyond excellent. She went to the extent of walking to the Herma Heart Center and walking the route from there to the dermatology clinic...she then emailed me the details of that route. She also worked very hard to coordinate several visits in a few days- since we live 7 hours away.

Great first experience for my daughter and I within the Children's Wisconsin system. Everyone we encountered was very cheerful, polite, and helpful. We very much enjoyed our visit and are grateful fir the helpful advice about our daughter that we received.

The provider was 40-45 minutes late coming into the appointment. I felt that inconsiderate and she didn't apologize for being late. I was getting ready to leave but she entered the room. The provider wouldn't allow the patient to be 40-45 minutes late and still be seen!!!!

Dr. Holland and her support team are very professional, very considerate. Everything is always done appropriately and well and with the highest respect. There is nothing else that is needed. Nothing is needed to be corrected. The service there is immaculate. Dr. Holland is the best.

Dr. Holland is fantastic. However, access to the dermatology clinic in general is very challenging given long wait times for appointments. It would be great to have more providers such that access would be more readily available.

Hey there, I just want to say Dr. Holland is an awesome doctor. She really connects well with my daughter and then really seems to treat her holistically, not just the dermatology, but everything. And I just really appreciate her and all she's done. If you have any additional questions, please give me a call.

He is a better specialist, he carefully examined my daughter and decided on the medication that can help her, compared to the previous specialist at the Wisconsin Street hospital who did not prescribe anything and did not even check her.

I had a wonderful experience at the clinic. I'm already seeing raving results with my child's skin. I would recommend her to anyone. I can't wait to follow up to show her everything that is just working out. We had been dealing with her dermatitis since she was three months old. She's now one and it's finally getting resolved, and I just really appreciate the service.

They were all very helpful and nice. And they were very patient with our son. And didn't force anything they took their time with him. Plus when we ask questions they all took time to listen and get us answers back. Also very glad the construction is done. It made it ALOT nicer to come down.

I wanted to share my experience, though I'm not accustomed to leaving reviews. However, I felt compelled to express my perspective as a mother. On the day of my child's appointment, our morning began at 5:30 AM, ensuring our kids were fed, dressed, and our eldest was safely at our neighbor's to not miss school. Despite living nearly two hours away from the children's hospital, we aimed for an early appointment to return home in time for our eldest's school dismissal. Upon arrival, we were greeted warmly, and navigating the hospital was seamless. The specialist and her team were welcoming, and we anticipated answers regarding a lump on my child's neck. However, our hopes were dashed when it became apparent that the radiologist had not reviewed the ultrasounds sent over a week prior. Learning that the usual radiologist was on maternity leave, we were left with uncertainty and a promise of delayed results. While we're grateful the lump isn't malignant, the experience left us unsettled, especially considering the sacrifices made for the appointment. I want to emphasize that this issue is not reflective of the doctor or her staff, who were compassionate throughout. My intention in sharing this review is to offer a fresh perspective, hoping it sparks improvements for others who may not have the same proximity or flexibility in their circumstances.
