Dr. Jolly is the best!
Nov 04, 2024
Dr. Jolly was about 45 minutes late for my daughter's appointment and then forgot to send in the prescription, one of the prescriptions to the pharmacy. So I had to recontact the doctor. So both things were just kind of inconvenient. And she's typically late, but 45 minutes late for a scheduled appointment was a little bit much. So that's my only feedback. Otherwise, she's extremely pleasant and a great provider.

Dr. Jolly is a fantastic doctor who we trust with everything with our kids for every piece of their health care. She gives everybody the opportunity to talk whether that be the child or that be the adult that's coming to bring the child into the office. She listens very carefully to everybody that is communicating at that visit and she puts her whole heart and everything that she does when treating our kids which is fantastic and something that our kids will always remember. We really enjoy Dr. Jolly and we can't imagine our kids going to anybody else. Thank you.

The staff as a whole really enjoy working with the families. You can tell by their interactions

Everything was great except scheduling. I know a while back the calls were changed to more of a central line- I much preferred when we were able to directly call our specific office (lakeside). The wait times seem longer now and it's a bit more complicated. The care we received was fabulous though.

My provider Dr. Jolly was wonderful and has been for the years that we've been seeing her. Although, during this appointment she seemed distracted and rushed, but she did cover all my questions and concerns. She thoroughly explained what I needed to do to help us reach milestones and gave instructions on how to introduce new foods for our baby. The medical assistant, Ann, was very gentle and showed genuine compassion when she was handling my baby. She was training a newly hired medical assistant, Heather, who was equally kind and helpful. The front end staff did not leave me feeling welcomed when we arrived. She seemed more interested in continuing her conversation with her coworker at the station next to her. While talking with the front end staff I felt like I was a bother and that I was interrupting. My interaction with them left me feeling uncomfortable.

Brought my son in for an ER follow up. We saw Dr Jolly, because Dr Abarham was out this week. She was great. She answered all my questions and I left feeling better about the seizure he had that brought him to the ER in the first place. She referred us to a neurologist, which is what I thought I wanted, but wasn't entirely sure. Great visit!

Dr. Jolly went over how they can become healthier through eating more vegetables and also protecting themselves by wearing a helmet while riding a bike. Dr. Jolly was really giving a lot of good information to take care of themselves. We had a very good experience there. Thank you.
