We were an hour late due to long drive / time zone confusion. Staff accommodated us and Dr. MacGinnitie took the time to review our extensive medical records and answer our questions. I really liked the Allergy team working with my son. They approached him like his own person and spoke directly to him, even though he is only six years old. They made him feel very comfortable and explained the process and answered all of the questions I had. Overall, very positive experience.
